Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order without giving any reason for doing so.

Renter(s) have up to 14 days before the Rental Start Date to cancel and secure a full refund. Any cancellations made within 14 days before Rental Start Date will lead to 75% refund. Any cancellations made within 7 days of Rental Start Date will lead to a 50% refund. Any cancellations made the day before/day of Rental Start Date will not be eligible for a refund. Walk-through inspections may take up to 7 days or more if needed. Communication will be delivered to the renter in case of such necessity.

Damages

Renters shall maintain the RV Trailers, UTVs, ATVs, Ebikes, Seadoos, Utility trailer's appearance and its fixtures in good order. These parts of the rented items include without limitation: all electrical and mechanical parts, interior and exterior cosmetics foundations, exterior and interior walls, building systems, HVAC systems, water septic systems, drawers, cabinets, tanks and pipes within the items (If any), Any minor damages, cosmetic damages, excessive dirtiness are taken from the refundable deposit. Any larger damages exceeding the refundable deposit will be paid by the renter as well as cover any additional costs for potential loss of business. Renter agrees to these terms by signing this contract.
